When you fight an emotion it only gets stronger. I can tell you a lot of girls are jealous when their boyfriend hangs out with his friends. Accept your jealousy but dont accept it because you want it to go away. Genuinely dont care about being jealous because its normal. Emotional suffering is enhanced when you fight discomfort feelings.

Lern to trust him, and whyyou are just sitting at home? Go out and meet some people, go to library, dunno just go and do something.
I usually look at it as take care of me time. Study, read a book, find ways to better yourself or make friends or catch up with old ones. Visit your family, etc. Look at it as growing time. If you're together all the time, you won't ever miss each other.
