Everything is normal except number 6. School comes first then relationships, you never know where relationships lead you to but you know where school leads you to.
Number 5 you should know that you can't tell someone everything and if you insist your partner may have to lie about it which is really unhealthy for your relationship.
Number 7 is not a must, your partner will know eventually no need to rush.
The rest is what is normal between couples, no need for a contract with downsides, that's what marriage is for.

It isn't binding but I do think it would be a good idea actually. Not necessarily what was in the picture above but an agreement of what each person expects from their partner and they can negotiate different parts. I think it would be most useful when two people move in together because the expectations aren't always clear and one person ends up feeling used.
