Should the guy always plan the date?

I talked to a few women and they all said it is expected that the guy asks the girls out for dates, even when they are in a relationship. The girl can have suggestions but the guy should ask, plan and organize it.

How do you guys feel about this?

If he wants things to go anywhere, yeah. You leave everything, or even a majority of it, up to her, and she'll decide you're boring or not decisive or whatever, and then you might as well forget you ever met her.
