Boyfriend said he doesn't know why he loves me?

So me and my boyfriend of 1 year were talking last night and he was saying he loved me and such so I stopped and asked him why he loved me. He said I don't know why do you love me. I went on saying how because he makes me feel cared for blah blah blah and then I asked again why he loved me. He said I don't know there's nothing specific it's just a feeling I get when I'm around you. Is that bad that he doesn't know specific things why he loves me?

I think love is too complicated to be able to answer like that. I don't expect to be able to give an answer to it and I wouldn't expect my partner to be able to either.
There will be moments where one will feel "this is why I love them", but those are a fraction of a fraction of the whole reason.

I don't know either why I like my crush if we dont count physically. I just feel she would be the right one. A matching personality and so on.
