How do I tell my girlfriend I would like her to be more muscular?

I really am into muscle girls, I mean big bulging muscle. I don't have an upper limit but I have a lower one:

I would love my girlfriend to be a little bigger like this maybe or even bigger

She currently looks somewhat like this girl but with better abs

I don't know how to ask her. She is still working on her body but doesn't seem like she want to grow bigger (I haven't asked her).

So my question is how can I tell her that I would like her to grow a bigger?

P. S. Don't start with "I don't know why you would like that, she will look like a man blah, blah", is personal preference, besides that she likes having pumped muscles

First, I would like to thank you all for your ideas. Today I told her. It went pretty well, she was thrilled to hear that I would like her to grow and build even bigger muscles and that she wanted to before I told her but was scared that I might not be happy with that. After that we talked about what size we would consider perfect, we browsed some images and settled on the definition of the girl I showed in the second pic but a larger size overall. I can't wait to see her big and cut like that.

Wow, First off not all women are into that kind of body not to mention it is far more difficult for a women to achieve that then a guy. I took my wife to the club and showed her how to use free weights. She was into going to the club when we met just didn't have any knowledge to speak of on how to do it. I got her a couple of books for women on the topic, She works out more than I do and has for year. She does NOT look like those ladies. Yes, she has some pretty nice muscles for her build. But has NO interest in that kind of body. Step one is she has to want to do it. Step two she needs to know what to do. I'd say step three is you rewarding her for progress. Maybe she might be interested in contests where that is the norm. Might be a tough sell. Maybe work out with her and talk to her about how much you like it when she can bench press her own weight. :) Good luck

You just need to be a little bit of straight up combined with a gentleman. You should ask her "have you ever thought of building more muscle?" and see what she says. Then tell her "I love your body and I think you would look great with even more muscle. There is something so strong and sexy about a woman with larger muscles." See what happens from there.

Lol, when I was working out i grew some visible muscle. I wasn't cut up but my traps and delts were there. My husband was disgusted by it, even though I really liked having a tones back.
Just tell her not to be scared of getting too big, start complimenting her body and show her how excited you are when the muscles pop. It'll make her want to grow them more.
Just a heads up. When women get body fat as low as these women in your pictures, they often lose their period. Period loss leads to fertility problems and low bone mass overtime. Also, say goodbye to her sex drive. No period means no babies. No babies means the body isn't ready to make babies so it sees no reason to make the hormones that make her horny.

Thanks for your opinion she got down to 9% boyfriend but just for the summer to be as ripped as she could on the beach and had no problems in that department she usually stays at 12 the rest of the year. I will take in consideration what you suggested, it sounds good :)

I think it's interesting how you like muscular women... i can say I like having my muscle but I would try to pressure het because she might become resistant, I would say just continue to be supportive. That might encourage her to keep going.

Clearly you don't realize how difficult it is for a women to gain muscle. Itll take her three years of training hard and eating clean to get to that point.

Buddy, just talk to her about it! You can try to be slick and bring up her workout routine, find out how intense those workouts are and challenge her to bump it up, hint suggestively that you wonder how much more muscular she could become and bet that she can't do it, something along those lines. Aside from this, I don't see why you would be upset with how she already is based on your description and the example picture in this post.

Perhaps persuade her to join a jim with you to keep you motivated and encourage her (and yourself) to get ripped.

Or one evening suggest you both write a list of 5 things you'd like to see eachother work on improving about yourselves

Most guys don't like that look but maybe her body can't get that way, it's very hard for a woman to do and a lot more work so she may not like you telling her to work harder, you're lucky she is even that muscular

I understand your point but she can grow bigger, our PT always says that she could get way bigger if she wants to, apparently she has the genetics to do it, otherwise I wouldn't want to ask her just to make her feel unappreciated

Why is it a problem asking her? Can't you just tell her that this is what you'd like? I mean, it would be one thing to ask her to not work out, if it was so that you didn't like muscular girls, but now as she's already into building muscles I don't see the problem asking her to keep building. Maybe she is worried about getting too big because she thinks you wouldn't like it?
