Now, I have two questions:
1. Would you feel cheated that she hasn't told you about it?
2. Would you think that YOU messed up by not seeing the "signs" of her being... You know, easy?

I believe this yet I'm perfectly comfortable with women's sexuality. Of course women get as much if not more pleasure than men do during sex - but you also don't need to sleep around with loads of different people to do that. You ask why don't we ask that of men - well exactly, why dont we? As I posted before, the less partners a woman has the less likely she is to divorce/the more partners the more likely she is to divorce. Women with less partners report higher marriage satisfaction also (as if that's not clear from the divorce statistics), so why then would she be looking elsewhere? That's a false assumption.

It has little to do with insecurity, men just tend to look for different things in a partner and that happens to be one thing we look at. It seems that whenever women dislike something that men do they put it down to insecurity or "intimidation". That's not what it is. For me it's about whether I trust her to be committed, and I'll look for signs that show that she's that kind of person. Statistics show that less partner= more likely to stay married, and when I look at the women I know who've been promiscuous vs women I know who haven't, there's a big difference in how successful their relationships are.

Well, it's not an opinion I presented it's researched stats. Mean still cheat a lot even though it has evened out to around 50/50. This makes sense anyway because what kinds of women sleep around? Women who tend to have less of an emotional attachment to sex so they don't see it as a big deal. Those kinds of women are more likely to cheat because as much as they like to deny it they're easier to get in bed than a more conservative woman with a heavy emotional attachment to sex who has never had a casual fling. That's just common sense.

They tend to be more liberal women, and they tend to be "less judgemental" and less strict when it comes to monogamy and commitment vs more convervative women. Think of it like drugs. If someone was a hardcore drug user & they told you, "I just quit yesterday" you'd be a fool to believe them or make decisions based on their statement. By the time she was 21 she had already lived with two different men. She even had a threesome with her husband and his best friend when she was in her 20's. It’s genetic because the parts of the brain in a woman that alerts itself to caution and safety are probably not firing that well when she encounters a random guy at the bar to seduce her and have sex later that night. Well i think any promiscuous person (man/woman) can be a good and faithful one provided they are honest and loyal in whatever kind of relation they have. It should be that every person they get involved with duringpromiscuoty, is aware of that and only such a pwrson can be trusted.

Women aren't like men psychologically. Women evolved to emotionally pair bond with sexual partners and that is an ability that fades the more partners a woman has... Whereas men have evolved differently and are able to have more "casual" sexual relations without the emotional attachment. It has to do with human biology, the sexual organs and fertility. It's for the same reason that men are considered "disposable" in society. Women do the gestation and have a very limited number of eggs. The family evolved so that the male could insure that the offspring would survive.

I don't think its a valid representation of love or commitment or the bonding of two souls. Anyone can do it and its usually done the same way as everyone elses. It's not unique, its not got any special meaning to that specific couple, then there is the financial aspect.
Most wedding traditions today stem from advertising campaigns from companies. The idea of giving gifts and having a registry was only made into what it is today by Macy's in the 1920s. The idea of spending a certain amount on a ring was from an advertising campaign by a diamond company. Big expensive white dresses, engagement rings... all marketing ploys.
If I wanted to express my love and devotion to my girlfriend, id spend money doing something we'd both enjoy, that had meaning and value to us, that wasn't based in religion and that wasn't the exact same thing that countless couples have done before and will do after
