When a girl is distancing herself from you after a fight, should you just ask her if she wants to break up?

Our fight was just one big misunderstanding. But it was our first fight and I started it. She was on a trip and wanted to call her because we had not called in a while. She couldn't because she was with a group. I got paranoid and clingy and told her "We should probably go our separate ways" and she was in shock. It was a dumb thing for me to say but things were never the same since.

To make a long story short, I screwed it up. She's back from her trip now and still distancing herself from me. For example

1. Many of my questions go ignored
2. We have not seen each other in person in 8 days
3. She doesn't answer my calls
etc

After 3 days of straight ignoring, it was her birthday. I messaged her "I hope you are having a happy birthday :) " and she said "Yes! Thank you very much and sorry for not replying in a while. How are you?"

Then I asked "Yes you have been distant. Why have you been distancing yourself?" and she responds

"Yes! So many things happened all at once"

and then I respond telling her about my day then asked hers and she saw the message, but never replied. It's been about 30 hours.

So as I'm approaching 10 days, I'm assuming this is her way of breaking up with me? Or should I just contain myself, relax, and wait until she messages me or her relationship status changes? Thanks
