Is heartbreak inevitable in a relationship?

It's definitely not inevitable, no, but it is certainly possible. Relationships aren't a precise science, there are a lot of variables and they can require a fair amount of effort and resilience.
Still, it cannot be denied that some relationships do last the entire duration of a person's adult life. Perhaps the only inevitable heartbreak at that point is that one of you will eventually die before the other.
Yes. It is. OR it least there's always the possibility. My rule of thumb is NEVER start a relationship without CONSTANTLY knowing this possibility. Enjoy it, but always PREPARE to immediately get unattached should things change. It's like insurance. Is insurance inevitably going to be used? There's not really any telling, but the rule is it's better safe, than sorry.
I believe so. Someone is always gonna hurt you in life.

Pretty much. Don't want to risk or experience a heartbreak or a break up? Then don't ever get into a relationship. It comes with the territory.
No, however it sometimes will.
Even if you end a relationship, it doesn't necessarily mean it ends in a heartbreak. It all depends on how you break up and how both people can deal with it.
I wouldn't say in a given relationship, but in life, pretty sure.
It never works first time.
Of course you be heartbroken but, it doesn't last forever
Yes it's inevitable. Some times SO's unwillingly or by mistake do things that hurt a lot.(not talking about cheating or anything like that).
Yup, but then you get to make up. Make-up sex is cool.
