Pardon if I'm a bit late in answering--but I believe that it would be best if you waited until you were over your ex. Yes, it will be very difficult to move on, but it is something you must do. If you do find another girl, chances are (chances, not saying absolute) that it may end up registering as a rebound relationship after awhile. Although you can argue that there is nothing wrong with rebounds, as a sign of respect to the lady, just keep tabs and ask her out when you're all better.
Shifting your focus to another girl helps you move on a bit faster, though. So feel free to talk it up! Best of luck, dude!
I'd say take some time off and let things cool down, but it ultimately is your decision. I found that by waiting after my last breakup (I still haven't started dating again), I have found out a lot more about myself -- not only by waiting but, just by doing some soul searching. I'd say wait a bit.
I'm curious on this too. Be cautious, usually these relationships are rebounds without even registering it. They do help you heal and that's why they're rebounds! All of your thoughts and emotions can be focused on them instead of her and yes, it helps. But for how long? How long will it take for those feelings to resurface and consume you? How long will it take for you to compare het to your ex? Are you sure you want this! If you want to get back with your ex, it could jeapordise this. If you don't want to get back with her, go ahead but becareful you're not using her (you may not even know you're doing it) x
you will feel ready when you want to speand time with some 1 don't let this confuse you with missing sex you must be ready to have a girl in your life and never speak about her to your new girl friend if you do your not ready but remember don't be unfare the a new girl just take your time and when you start thinking about her wanting to be with her tex her phone her then your ready if not stay on your own for a while do your thing time with your sport and you love your dog remember he needs you to lol so take it easy good luck you sound a nice man :)
