She is fitter than me and since we've been living together I've been losing weight because she ensures that I eat better and exercise more. I wouldn't like to see her gain a lot of weight but it would be out of character for her to do that.

My SO wants me to gain weight. I work out, but he doesn’t want muscle. He wants fat lol
He’s trying to lose weight at the moment. He HAS gained weight since I met him. Like, A LOT.
I don’t care in the slightest but I’m not saying I would like it if he started workout out and gained muscle.
I still love him and am attracted to him either way.

I gained weight during my pregnancies and got up to and Australian size 12 after my first born but I've lost it all.
Good thing is that my husband didn't do or say anything to make me feel bad about it.

I gained 40 lbs when my mom got sick and died. I’m really sensitive about it but I’m working on it! I don’t have a partner currently but I would hope that he’d be patient and encouraging.

It depends on if it's muscle or fat. I work hard to stay in shape so I'd prefer a partner that's in decent shape as well.

If it's muscle that's fine because at least that means you're in shape. But fat? Probably wouldn't appeal to me

As long as they are healthy and taking care of themselves
Putting in some weight is not always had
Especially if they were skinny to start with
At least they'll have some cushioning
And you'd be a bit less worried about they health as compared if they were skinny?

It doesn't bother me really.
Women are still pretty hot even when they gain a little weight.
As long as she's comfortable with herself and she doesn't get too self conscious about her body I'm fine with it.
I'll love her just the same.

Gaining muscle is whatever, as long as it doesn't look like the guy in the bottom photo... Gaining fat, that depends on how much and if they're going to try and get fit/healthy again.

Fat weight and muscle weight is ABSOLUTELY NOT the same thing.
In the first case, you eat to much and you're lazy on the sofa, in the second case, you workouts.
I do not tolerate the first case and Iprobably will not mind the second.

A little bit of weight is fine until it start getting to bad and unhealthy for him. I wouldn't leave, I'd just encourage him to eat better and i like to cook so I'd gladly make some healthy meals😂👏

If it's large amounts of fat outside of pregnancy or another condition, I would tell her to go on a diet, because being overweight is unhealthy.
