One of the main reasons so many don't exercise or maintain consistency is due to the effort involved. That is why I'm always on the look out for training tools that cut down the time without cutting down the results. And this is why I use the synapse CCR. Skip to 24:40 into the video and see this big muscly guy struggling to use it haha. Some people train only once a week with this and make more progress than when training more often with other methods.

A week ago I wasn't happy with it. I weighted 162 not bloated but up in the high 160's when bloated. So I've been in a deficit for the past week & I'm down at 157lbs not bloated. I look good now & I feel good.
I’ve been told I am sexy. The other day I took a photo, I felt sad people couldn’t see it. I looked and felt sexy.
I feel confident with my weight and a lot of men seem to like my height too.
Im happy with my weight and my body, but I still work on being healthier and becoming more fit and in shape. I want to get nice and in shape and then maintain it.

First off. How other people perceive me, either in weight or anything else for that matter doesn't bother me. I am however very fit, because I choose to be and work very hard at it.
I definitely need to drop some weight, but honestly more concerned about gaining muscle
I have a very good relationship with my body. I don't restrain myself from having things I crave and I exercise.
My body allows me to live well and does everything I ask of it... so I would say i am fit and healthy.
after losing over 25 lbs and being able to jog nearly 4 miles straight, pretty good

Many years ago, I lost almost half of my body weight. I often wonder why I bothered because I really don't feel any different.
