You just have to get yourself out of the slump and after a couple of days you'll be back into the habit. It's a little different for me because I'm training for a sport, so that is what motivates me the most. I also love what I'm doing when I go. It used to be harder because, like you, my workout partner stopped coming, so I'd get bored easily. So, I changed things up a bit. I started listening to music and that really gets me going and I did some different workouts/drills. Think of a goal you have, other than just losing weight, to help motivate you. Maybe you want to run a certain number of miles or you do play a sport. Use that to keep you going.
