1) Like the other poster said, take it one day at a time. If you think too big, chances are you will feel overwhelmed, paralyzed, and more prone to slipping up and feeling bad. Just know your goal for the day is to eat healthy and consume a bit less calories than usual
2) Surround yourself with motivation. Print out some motivational quotes or photos of females you think have nice bodies and could inspire you. Another idea is print out one of those miracle weight loss stories about women who went from obese to fit. It's so inspiring. If they can do it, we all can!
3) Build a good routine... Sleep fully and sleep at a good bedtime. Sleep early... late night snacking does contribute to weight gain... so don't eat 2 hours before you sleep. Never skip breakfast. Good skincare and dental care morning and night. If you have to go to the bathroom, don't hold it and just go. Comb your hair and moisturize after a nice shower. It's a therapeutic atmosphere for change when the rest of your health is good.
4) Drink lots of water. It will keep you full and is so good for you and refreshing feeling. Good for health, good for weight loss, good for looking good, good for motivation.
5) Don't completely cut out non-healthy foods you love. Treat yourself. You deserve it and it will make you feel good and motivate you :)
You can do this... good luck. You're very close to your weight loss goal, it's totally within reach. Keep your morale up. Your boyfriend chose you and knows your body from the outside and won't be repulsed by any extra weight, trust me. Do this for yourself and your health. :)

Take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. When you get that urge to splurge or eat something that is not a "cheat day," think of how good you will look when you reach your goal.
