I started trying to lose weight back around August or so. I started weighing in at 296 pounds. In 3 months time I was able to get down to 256. I wasn't even exercising. I work a full time job 6:30-2:30 pm mon-fri. I just watched my portions and what I was eating. I was very happy and people were noticing my progress.As time passed the holidays came and I fell off the rails. I started to eat unhealthy again and put some pounds back on. I currently weigh 276. I am naturally a big boned person. I am 6 foot 3-4 inches, so my total overall goal weight is about 200. I really want to lose weight again, but I haven't been able to motivate my self. My apartment has a gym available to me, but I do not know a correct workout routine for a beginner because I barely exercise.I also always make excuses after work, like "I'm too tired" or "i will start again on Monday". Tomorrow I will be starting the Dr. Oz 2-week rapid weight loss diet. I really want to stay motivated to reach my goal weight. My 21st birthday is in may and I want to look as best as I can by that time. If you can please post any ways or type of things I can do to stay motivated or tips/workout routines to use it would be greatly appreciated.
