So, how do you stay motivated to lose weight?
You just need to get over the idea that you don't need it. If you really want it to work, you have to actually believe/want it. Sign up for gym membership or go running/bicycling outside. That will help you burn calories. You can also sign up for some dance classes or yoga, anything that will get your heart rate up and you more flexible. At a gym, you can also lift weights to build muscle.
But, you also need to watch what you eat. So, what I did in high school when I was trying to lose some weight was when you serve yourself dinner at your house, give yourself less portions of each thing. For example, if you usually have 3 scoops of rice, only eat 2, or if you eat 2 pieces of chicken, only eat one. So, you are still eating the same food, but you are eating smaller portions.
The combination of eating less and exercising more will help you lose weight. Let me know if that works!
