Motivation to lose weight?

I'm not overweight but I'm having issues with food. I eat too much of it! I don't know hot to make myself eat less and exercise more. I spent all my spring break pigging out and now I feel horrible about it. I was sick the whole time too, but I still ate lots.

Sometimes I try to lose weight, but I only let myself eat very little. I usually realize that's not healthy so I eat more. I then end up eating way more than I should. I just don't know how to eat a normal amount and lose weight. I want to be motivated to lose weight, but I can't stay motivated for long.
