Breakfest: Eat everything sugary and fatty within sight cause it tastes delicious. I usually eat past fullness real easy
Couple hours later:
Mmmm some more junk couldn't hurt(by then I've consumed like 3000 calories)
Then I walk like 6-7 miles outa guilt and don't eat the rest of the day(I stop eating at like 3 pm)
The reason those 2 junk binges happen is because honestly... I forget that I have a plan to lose weight LOL! I also usually convince myself that I look fine(when I'm 20 pds overweight) and go ahead and eat anyway
So can anyone tell me how to stay concentrated on losing weight and constantly remind myself?
