I also desperately need to lose weight, but with the psychological problems I'm having, I just can't find the strength to keep up with it, you know?
People here are just gonna say "keep up with it, don't give up, bla bla bla." We know those things aren't gonna help at all. I feel like that well that's filled with mental strangth, is drained. So where should I get the strength to keep up my weight loss efforts? I need an outside source, because my source has all dried up. And I currently don't have anyone else to help me get motivated. No one from whose well of strength I can borrow.

Staying motivated can be HARD!!! When you work out you release chemicals in your body that will make you feel really good. And after a little while you'll start to c changes in your body and feel more energized. Getting started is the hardest part, but I promise once you start and keep going you will be so happy you did! Give yourself a goal, a reasonable one) and when you hit it, reward yourself with something. Indulge in candy or a hamburger, do something fun you don't normally do, anything that you'll enjoy.
