Why do I shake when someone yell at me?

I was in a confrontation with that girl. There was a situation and I talked to her gently. The she started to scream at me and I felt all of her energy. I’m really confident but I don’t know why I was kind of shaking. Why was I shaking?

It may be due to sensitive nerves.
It's your body trying to make sense of "expecting the unexpective".
Example; like if you lived in an apartment and were relaxing at home one day. Then out of the blue, your next door neighbor randomly screams at the top of their lungs. Most likely (for anyone) you'll jump out of your skin too it.

I shake from a lot of reasons and one of them is when someone yells at me, either because it makes me scared and nervous that I just start shaking, or because it makes me mad that I'm shaking.

I shake when a lot of emotions are getting really overwhelming basically. So the same might be for you in some aspects.

Sometimes that happens to me especially if I wasn't expecting it.

Well there are generally three physical reason for this. One fight or flight response. Two indignation at being yelled at to the point that you were having a hard time physically controlling your rage. Or abject terror. Pull up a chair and tell me, what were you feeling at the time?

The thing is, I was sitting at her desk because someone took mine and the teacher said that NOBODY has an assigned place. She arrived after the bell rang and asked me why I was sitting at "her" place. I was mostly shook by the way she was talking to me but it didn’t change my opinion.

Ahh ok so fight or flight response it was then. Some people get possessive over stupid stuff. It just is, sorry on behalf of the sane part of the human race.

Probably, child hood trauma when parents did it.
Also, people screaming at you can be scary.
