I've done that before. I tell them they can do much better than an old bum like me and suggest all sorts of good-looking young guys she can date instead. :-D It's usually not age difference though in my case. At least I can't imagine anyone under legal age getting flirty with me (same approach though).
It's like maybe a university student or something like that. I just feel like our lifestyles are too different. It usually felt very one-sided in those cases like I'm not with an "equal" if you will. That's not to say that I'm more mature or anything like that, but just that we're in a very different stage in life. So I tended to prefer women closer to my own kind of life experience, which are usually ones closer to my age.
I've had that happen. About 6 months ago, there was a 13-year-old who I had just met that I could tell liked me almost instantly, though I did my best not to make it weird. Within a day, she asked me out. I gently, but firmly, told her no, that I was sorry, and listed a few reasons as to why not, including her age. We were a little bit weird for a while, and while we don't really hang out, as far as I can tell, we're totally cool now.
I only date people my age so like anything more than two years older or younger is an AUTOMATIC get the hell out of my face.
Is simply say to them “no thank you” whether they find it rude or not is up to them. I don’t sugarcoat my feelings but at the same time I’m going to go out of my way to be an asshole.
“Boy I don’t want you” that’s my usual response and that doesn’t do anything except make them try harder.

Very directly. For example some jail bait tried to get with me on a cruise ship and lied about her age. I thought she was younger than she was saying. She confessed eventually and I said “sorry you’re too young for me” and she said “WHAT!” and got frustrated and stomped off down the hall. lol
Ad be nice of course and just explain that the age difference matters to you but age is nothing but a number maturity and everything has nothing to do with age it is something am trying to get through to someone I want to be with at the minute that is older than me actually
Depends on the age, under 18 it's simple, but both under 18, for example 12 to 16, just be friendly and gentle. But I. Five years 17 and 21. Basically say in so many years I can get in trouble for dating you. Something like that. But let them know there are plenty of fish in the sea
I would just let them down nicely, just say stuff like your a really nice person but I don't think I could last in prison or your dad beating the shit out of me, so give me a call when your older 😂😂
How young? When i wad younger i would have. I rejected a woman because she was 4 years. Younger than me. Now i see how silly that is, i'm a lot less rigid about age now.
yeah, im 19 so “too young” would be underage and im simply not into younger boys. its weird. and maybe illegal. so yeah i’d reject.
I will say, you are a nice person but I dont go for younger types. I usually tell them that they will find a good girl but in the mean time, stay focus and work on betting themselves.
Im almost always nice if theyre younger. I usually give a peptalk about someone their age approaching them soon and so on
I'd just say something along the lines of "Sorry, I'm a bit too old and I'm not interested/not looking for a relationship." Just keep it simple.

I had to do that once. I was 18 and this girl who was 15 had a huge crush on me, I explained to her that she was too young for me and I was too old for her. It's an awkward position for sure.
If they were underage then yeah it would be a lot easier to tell them. Otherwise I would treat it as any other case.
The same way I’d reject anyone else who had a thing for me: “I’ve already got a boyfriend so lol bye”
Too young for me is 13 so I’d say “you’re too young” you can literally get labeled as a pedo for dating someone 3 years younger even if it’s legal in the early teens
respectfully and honestly tell them that at their current age they are too young but if they are still interested when they are of the right age and we are both single then sure, I would be willing then to see where it goes
