Married man wants fwb/affair?

This new guy who works at our place (dads family business) now has been hitting on me for like a week. Now we kiss 💋 sometimes. The thing is he is really attracted to me and I have known him for maybe over 8 years (I was probably 14 at the time) He said he wants to be friends with Benefits. I am ok dating him but he is married with a child and he is to close to my dad and his best friend and family. At work he touches and filly towards me also in private, he wants to make out. Tbh.. I am not to comfortable because if someone’s catches us doing that he can lose his job, his best friend and family. I can also get kicked out as well. I also do not want to be seen with him in public because you never know who is watching. Should I just keep it at work or just cut it off before we get caught? Why would he cheat on his wife? I overheard my family talking and he said the marriage for him has been stressed. If we get caught it will be a bunch of drama and I am already going through drama myself. Its just weird to me now he is after me after all these year (22 by the way). what should I do?
