Big thighs are fun, and it's a bodily feature on us females that attracts males in the first place. It's also probs his way of enacting intimacy. Or, be just wants to be a good and jiggle thighs.

How I feel on the matter, depends on a few things. It's all about mood, who I'm with and the actions to which it unfolds. If ots with a close guy friend and he's just wiggling it as a means to be a joke or to annoy me, I'd not think really anything of it. Although, if his hand reaches a height up my leg, that I'm not comfortable with, I'll tell him to knock it off.

Now, with guys, who are more than friends, it depends on the same things. Well... I can't speak for everyone. But to me... it's definitely due to a woman's thigh... being pretty close to her vagina (usually).
