My boyfriend just came out to me as An adult baby. What to do? Is this normal?

I am 26. My boyfriend of 3 years apparently just mustered up the courage to come out to me as an adult baby. Abdl.. if you don’t know what that is, through my minimal research I have discovered that it’s a group of people who basically like to live and act like babies.. I find it. Sry weird, but at the same time kind of cute and endearing.. anyone have experience with this or anything. I’ve done minimal research, but am kinda confused and experiencing a ton of emotion..

My husband told me about a year ago he’d like me to treat him as a little/baby girl.
I was quite shocked, of course, and loads of questions went through my head - was he gay? Did he still love me? Etc etc.

But I think it’s more common than a lot of people think. He has a very stressful job, and sometimes wants to give up all responsibility, and have me dress him up and look after him.

I actually think it’s brought us closer together, and we both enjoy it. And I’d much rather him do this with me than go and pay someone.

I'd have no time for that. I find it disturbing and would categorise it as mental illness. They would have the option of getting help and resisting any and all such behaviour or I'm out of there.
