If you had a good relationship with your crush, you tell everything to each other. Your honest.
And you found out that she knows a guy who is friends with people who went
with you to the same highschool and they started fake rumors about you back then.

Would you tell your crush?
I mean, let her know about the bad things from highschool,
from your past before she, somehow, or by someone found out first?

It could be a guy who wants to date her and starts telling her stuff that never happened so she stops talking to you, it could be a girl you never dated who wants revenge.
It could be a lot of different things, but I don't want to ruin my relationship.
I don't want to look insecure, or weak, or kill attraction. I just want to let her know
so, when and if the time comes, she doesn't get surprised about stuff that never happened.

I already lost a girl for that kind of stuff once. She believed the rumors instead of me.
I don't want to lose this girl. I really don't. She means the world to me.

Leave well enough alone. If by chance she finds out through a friend of a friend who has a cousin, remind her the past is just that... the past! I really hope your not with the type of person who would take some childish, adolescent rumor at face value and hold it against you 10 years later. Who does that?

It's gonna be hard, but you have to tell her. Be forthcoming and let her know you'd rather she heard it from you first. If anything they say might be true, tell her what you're ashamed of first. It'll be a show of honesty.
