Boyfriend says he will shove the food down my throat? 😢?

We were arguing and the argument was not resolved when he pulled up at a fast food place. I had told him that I was sorta hungry earlier. He ordered the food and then I said that I wasn’t hungry anymore and he said “you better eat”. “I swear that if I’m done with my burger and you haven’t started eating, I’ll shove the food down your throat”. I started tearing up but didn’t let him see. What was that? 🥺

Well he was already angry because you had be arguing, and it just continued into that. However that's quite the thing to say, angry or not. Does he have anger issues? Do you fight a lot? Is he abusive? He sounds like he could be? Maybe this guy isn't "the one" for you?

He is a “shy guy” that’s why I got sad, because I had not seen that side before.
Recently we’ve been fighting a lot because of the drama that I am causing and he constantly says that he hates it. He says I’m abusive to him

Maybe he was just pushed too far. We can all say things we wouldn't normally in the heat of the moment. Next argument, when it starts to get heated, maybe just stay quite until you guys cool down. And if he keeps talking, just say "I can't talk to you right now, I will when we calm down".

I think he was just annoyed that you said you were hungry earlier and then you said you weren't hungry. That plus all the arguing just probably made him crazy. To me it sounds like you both have problems to resolve.
