It’s definitely very weird. There’s a big difference between a 15 year old dating a 30 year old and a 30 year old dating a 45 year old. I know technically both are 15 years apart but a 30 year old and a45 year old are both working adults, with similar maturity levels. But as a 15 year old, you’ve just started high school, you don’t have much experience with boys, you are much more innocent than a 30 year old. A 30 year old has already experienced high school, college, and working and living alone. These experiences help people mature and learn. You’ve yet to go through these experiences. These men are hitting on you because they most likely want to take advantage of the fact that you are young and innocent and therefore easier to manipulate. I’d say stay away from these men they sound creepy! You’d be much happier dating a guy your age. You’ll have way more in common to talk about and you will be able to relate to each other better.

I just wrote a whole thing on this but yes, this is the age where you start to be attractive because you are developed/developing and past puberty most likely and starting to be a sexually reproductive viable member of your species. If you think about tigers or some other animal they don't have laws about what age they have to be to start getting attracted and having sex with each other. It's determined by when they go from juvenile to adult, when they start to menstruate, develop breasts that can lactate to feed the young, etc. You're at that age.

When you're 15, it's not "normal" for a 30 something guy to be attracted to you for any reason except sexually, unless you somehow have the mind of a mature 20 something year old. (yes, there is always the rare exception) However, the older you get, the less weird it gets. So if you were 30, it wouldn't be all that weird for a 40 something guy to be attracted to you not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
All guys your age just want to use you for sex. Half the older guys want to just use you for sex. The other half want to be serious with you. Half of those who want to be serious are losers, the other half are pretty awesome.
