I have a guy friend and we’ve made-out but never had sex; we really care about each other—we’ve talk about our past and future—but haven’t made a commitment. Last night I wanted to go out with my friends but he told me that I couldn’t go because my friends get kinda wild when they get drunk. He cares about you and is concerned. That's not a bad sign. The problem lies with the fact the two of you have never bothered to open up communication and define your relationship. It's the unknown that is bothering you. Educate yourselves and each other, and discomfort will fade away.
