Of course! Anyone can be abusive. I have been abused a lot to a crazy point by women in my life. I was in all girls school and at the age of 10 a girl molested me (a 10 year old girl!!!) also when i was in high school some of them to get back at me would encourage guys to sexually harass me. Women can be very abusive and bitchy as well. But because most severe cases of domestic abuse were committed by men that is why its more highlighted
Of course they can, I don't think that's really in question. The thing people disagree about is about whether men should just take it or not because they're supposed to be big and strong. Which ofc, shouldn't be the case. Men can be physically and mentally abused and can fall apart the same way as women. Hopefully it becomes more public knowledge that its not ok to abuse men and that they have feeling too and are deserving of healthy non toxic love.

Absolutely. Men can be and are victims of abuse. It doesn't have to be physical either. Breaking someone down with words is a form of abuse. Narcissism and manipulation are forms of abuse.

Most men experience some form of abuse from a woman at some point in their lives. The majority of that abuse is emotionally. However there is also a significant amount of physical abuse that just gets excused because it's seen as normal for a wife to slap her husband.
Most physically attractive men have also been sexually assaulted or harrased by women. I can't remember the last time I've gone to a nightclub without getting groped or ground on by some girl or another completely unprovoked and without consent in any form.
I've heard real life horror stories about female abusers that would make even most violent criminals go "yikes, that's a bit much!".
And, you know, abuse comes in many forms. It's not always "person A hits person B". Female abusers are often highly skilled in the execution of psychological, financial, reputational, and emotional abuses against their victims. "Bitches be crazy", as they say. 🙄
Men can get abused by women, physically, emotionally and sexually but if they called the police then it would be them who would be arrested or forced out of the home, as police have usually been trained under the Duluth Model where they are taught that the man is always the aggressor, in addition to completely neglecting male victims and female perpetrators of abuse.
Yes. 100%. Abusive situations are a serious double standard- men can be abused too, and there’s probably a lot of it because of the pressures society outs on men to be manly, so they likely don’t report it in order to keep a masculine image. Society is fucked and sexism goes both ways.
I know you only posted this to see if people are able to apprehend the magnitude of domestic abuse against males rather than just expressing that they understand it can happpen, but seriously if anyone thought the answer was "No" I'd be questioning humanity. Also Amber Heard stans are the worst. Despite seeing all the evidence against her they'll still ramble on about how Depp could've killed her or something and completely disregard any argument for Depp.
Uhhh you pretty much answered your own question instead of asking others what they think. The question was kinda pointless, could have just written a myTake I guess.
But yes, men can and do get abused by women, they are human too.
@nnnnnnnn5 You literally asked a person whom you've never seen irl and only exchanged a few messages with to marry you and you're surprised when they reject. What else can I say...
Yes, I’ve seen it before. If a woman intentionally emotionally, verbally or physically mistreats a man to the point where it’s having severe effects on his health or relationships, then in my opinion that counts as abuse, the same as it would have been if the roles were reversed.
I don't know if this constitutes being abused, but I used to date a woman who had a horrible temper. She would scream, yell and throw things. I put up with it because I thought all women were this way.
My country is full of such instances. Yet the men hardly talk about it (what's the point, if no one listens); they just act, and then they are demonised and jailed, which is not really fair.
You're only scraping the surface here. Weird comparison but they prefer to ambush instead of frontal attack. They mostly attack verbally/psychologically, yell and make your life living hell. To the way that they bully you. They KNOW they have the advantage to be women and play thr victim card and blame everything on the man and society believes it blindly.
Johnny Depp is not a victim. Hahahahaha, I totally get it. You people love him so you’ll never think he could possibly do such a thing but anybody black like OJ, R Kelly, Kobe, Michael Jackson they’re so called guilt huh? I’ve noticed most people who don’t think Depp is a woman beater are republicans. I heard Johnny Depp was a pedo
They can, and they are. But there's no refuge for them, no one to listen or take it seriously, no #metoo, no "believe him".
The thing with Depp is he is lucky to be famous, attractive and have a fanbase. Any other man, someone without fame, wouldn't be defended at all, and would probably end up in prison himself.

Back in my day, we called some men "pussy-whipped", they would always defer to their wives, were afraid of their wives' scorn, nagging, etc..
I realized eventually that the women in those relationships were just mental abusers.
Yes, many men suffer a great deal of abuse from females.

I think verbally and emotionally they very well can but let's be honest
This does exist
I can imagine a weaker guy feeling supported by a woman with muscles then being taken advantage of by her

Of course men can be abused by women. Anyone can be abused by anyone.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is either:
- in a special bubble
- never been abused
- an idiot

That's nightmare fuel right there

Don’t forget emotionally abusive too
@BareTruth that's what I mean by psychological

Oh sorry he’s not a pedo but Disney dropped em because of his domestic violence against a defenseless woman
Men get abused by women all the time! Unfortunately this crime is heavily underreported due to the law favoring women so heavily.
