Bull. WOMEN are the gatekeepers.
If a woman doesn't like a man, she will not give access to herself. THe man may ask all he wants. She will respond with a "no."
Women DO propose marriage and DO ask men out. Less often than many men would like, but it does happen.
If a man isn't READY to get married, TRUE, it's the same case as the woman not dating, the woman will never get married to him.
However, if the man is chasing the woman FOR marriage and children, again, the woman is the deciding factor.
I believe it is truly a mutual decision all in all.
If a man WON'T marry and the woman ACCEPTS that he won't, though she wants to, and she STAYS with him, then she's agreeing to his terms.
If a man keeps asking a woman to date him, despite the fact that she ALWAYS TURNS HIM DOWN, then he's not accepting that she isn't attracted to him and that NO MEANS NO.
But if a couple come to some kind of mutual agreement, then they BOTH accept the terms of each other's limitations.

A woman is the gate keeper of sex but not marriage. A men can get sex from a women because that’s what he wants and she chooses who to give it. A women wants marriage from men and she has to find someone who will give it to her.

The number of men who post cringey pictures on social media after proposing with the caption "She said yes!!!" tells me that this isn't true for a lot of them.

Different guys have completely different mindsets, and as a result the dynamics of their relationships are completely different. This is dependent on their perceived attractiveness, their confidence, and their dating options.

The guy who gets laid easily, finds it easy to find girlfriends etc. because he's attractive enough, will be the kind of guy who decides it. Women will bring up a relationship or marriage first with him and will try to hint at it, and he'll take his time to decide whether or not he really wants to.

Meanwhile the guy who can barely get a girl to reply to him online, meets a girl who finally gives him a chance, gets with the first girl to like him back in a while, isn't confident with women or in a relationship etc. It's entirely up to the woman there, the whole thing all the way to marriage. These are the guys who post stuff like that.

Women don't do it because they are so used to men doing it. Once men stop, they will go crazy and start doing it. No one allows access to anything. It's about consent and either party can say no. Women can propose to men and men can say no. And vice versa.

Women would go crazy because they want relationship more than men do. But yet they file for divorce more often. I honestly don’t think girl would propose to men if we stopped. Girls have pretty big ego.
