Polyamorous relationships are not that uncommon anymore, although they are very difficult. The best way I know of to make it work, is to make sure you all three stand on an equal footing together. Since you are the singular man in the relationship, you have to avoid putting yourself above either one of them otherwise jealousy and competition will set in and one will try to push the other out. If you can get both of the women to become good friends, or even bisexual lovers then the thruple (three person couple) could work.

Speaking personally I am bi sexual. I have been together with my girlfriend since we we're 14. When I met my husband luckily he didn't have a problem with this fact.
