Am I wrong to feel insecure over a girl my boyfriend said he misses?

My boyfriend and I have been together since October. We both work at the same store and that's how we met. I love him very much but I'll admit, I'm probably the most insecure person. The around end of last year, we were listening to music and the girls name in the song was a former coworkers name. He said he asked he out, she said no but then he said "I miss her." That kinda hurt me but whatever. I never met her since she quit before I started working there. Yesterday as we got to his house, he told me that she's back at work. I got kind of mad at hearing that and he was wondering why. Why would I have a good reaction to the girl you wanted to date and still miss coming back? I feel so much more insecure now. He told me that he only has eyes for me and he loves me, wants to marry me but this makes me feel bad. Am I wrong?
