I’m pregnant. Partner wants me to do abortion. If I don’t he wants to commit suicide?

My partner and I have been together for 5 years. He’s 27 years old and I’m 25. We’re in a long distance relationship and just recently we met each other again. He stayed at my place for nearly a month and during that time, we had sex.
He told me that he wanted to impregnate me and have his baby in me. I asked him if he’s sure about that since I don’t want to have unprotected sex considering the possibility. He said yeah. We ended up having unprotected sex and he came in me.
He kept asking me if I was pregnant but the tests I took after all came out negative. Unfortunately he had to go back to his home town in another state. Then I took another test around my expected period and it came out positive. I told him about it and he seemed happy considering he said we can do this together. Then hours later he told me he can’t do this?
I avoided talking to him for awhile and every time he talks to me. He strongly wants me to do an abortion. I keep telling him I can’t. I’m 12 weeks along right now and I can’t do that. Then he said stuff back to me hurting my feelings saying that getting me pregnant was only his kink and that he wants to commit suicide if I don’t go through with the abortion.
I need advice on what to do during this situation because I don’t want to have an abortion but this is “mentally driving him crazy” as that was what he said. I’m strongly worried about the person I’m with now.

First off, In MY opinion, ANYONE that aborts an INNOCCET child, who didn't have a choice in being concaved is a monster.

Second. I ONLY agree to an abortion IF the mother is physically dying on the table, or will die if the pregnancy goes to term. (in which case you should probably think about sterilization for your future health. a child can always be adopted, as there are plenty of them out there.)

Third. HIS mental health is no longer your concern. ONLY the baby's welfare is your concern now!!! If he can't step up and be a father, then he doesn't need to be in you or your baby's lives anymore. If in a future time he can step up and put the child before himself, then he should be allowed in the child's life.

I am a father of 5 grown adults, The first was born when I was only 17. We were not married and she broke off the relationship when she found out she was pregnant. I stepped up and supported the mother and child both financially and in other ways (babysitting, taking care of them both when they were sick, running errands for them, etc...) I worked full time and even finished Highschool. (but I chose work instead of college for my family. I did eventually go to college at the age of 38 (never too late)) I even adopted my second wife's daughter.

If he can't be there for you or the baby, then you don't need him in your life. Plain and simple. you have different responsibilities now and you have to put those first and foremost!! And until your child is in highschool, they come before anyone or anything else. This includes friends, dating, vacations, partying, etc!!!

You OWE it to that child that you made!!! they didn't have a say in this, YOU did and you made the choice to make them...

Unfortunately, it appears that you have wasted five years of your life on this guy. His actions have been very self-centered. His threat of suicide unless you have an abortion is the ultimate dramatic, manipulative, most little bitch maneuver I have heard in a while.

Call his family and tell them that you are going to break up with him and that he has threatened suicide. It becomes THEIR responsibility to watch over him, not yours. If you have an abortion to placate him, you will feel guilty and used for the rest of your life and your relationship with him will be ruined. So just say "no" to the abortion, say "goodbye" to him, and get some good prenatal care. The file a paternity case against him as soon as the child is born so that he will be ordered to pay child support.

This guy isn't a man.. he tells you one thing then when it happens does something else.. my guess it came out false the first time cause a certain period of time has to go by before the test can detect your prego.. so your best bet is to dump your boyfriend never speak to him again.. have the child if thats what you want to do.. that way he doesn't commit suicide and you dont kill the baby..

My suggestion is keep the baby and get rid of him. If he wants to commit suicide that is his decision. His decision is on him. You should feel no guilt or shame for keeping your baby.
