We are together half an year, and my boyfriend got me pregnant and our relationship got really bad agter I want to abort because I think my future and my boyfriend want this kid very badly.

he calls me a murderer mother, and he told me why are you going to kill him only because the law give you the option to not get punished. He violently took my hand and told me kill me too, you won't be punished by law if you kill me and it will look like suicide!

I keep telling me him I dont want to be a mother and he begs me to not kill the fetus and tell him that this is his kid, and just give it birth and we will breakup and he will take care of everything. Just leave the kid alive.

Well medically and scientifically you have 26 weeks before nerve endings and a heart beat are available at which point medically and scientifically it counts as a living thing. That being said an abortion is not birth control. If you don’t want to be pregnant don’t have sex. You should also know that getting an abortion could result in you being infertile. So may want to consider that. You could very well end up never being able to have children. Your choice and regardless your relationship is over but you know that already.
