Generic response, but it depends on the girl more than anything. I personally like white guys and have dated some before! The issue is finding white guys that are into black women, or don't just see us as a sexual fetish- that is typically why most black women might be hesitate to be with a white guy (or any guy outside their race) because some guys see us as a fetish or "experiment" rather than relationship material and it's annoying.
If a white guy approached me, I certainly wouldn't mind or be upset, as long as he treats me with respect and doesn't come off as creepy or weird.

One thing a lot of white guys do wrong is constantly bring up our race is different ever few sentences.

And please do not tell us how hot you find black girls. If you find her attractive letting her know she is attractive is all you need to tell her.
Don't ask a bunch of questions about do black girls like this or that.
Just get to know the person you are talking to and don't use her as a way to learn about every black woman in the world, because we aren't the same.

I've dated black girls. I was also in a relationship with one. The most important thing is to not come across as though she was your black girl "experiment."

Are you asking if black people have their own opinions and preferences like every other human being on earth? Then the answer is yes. Black people are humans too. I think you should ask yourself a different question though because I think you have different problems if you have to ask this.

I think some white guys may be scared that black women only want him for money and what he can provide her.
They also may be scared to be called a racist every time they disagree with her.
