My boyfriend tells his mom about our sex life?

Me and my boyfriend where having issues regarding our sex life that where really stressful. We where expressing our feelings about it and in the MIDDLE of the conversation, he gets up walks to her across the hall and TELLS her EVERYTHING!! Now I wonder if he’s done it before
I just lied there going wtf, he still doesn’t see the problem with it, he says it was comforting (ok I get that but if you can sleep with me you can talk to me ) I feel so hurt, betrayed and honestly GROSSED the fuck out , am I over reacting here?

This reminds me of the women who tell me their “daughters” tell them everything … even of their sex lives. I am definitely not a mother and I am not a parent nor could I imagine wanting to share with my parents details of my sex life … so … this remains completely bizarre behavior to me. I mean, obviously my parents are aware that I am not a “virgin” anymore since I always had girls around even as a kid … and a smirk on my face so obviously they knew their son was, “getting lucky”, but it was never a subject. The closest was when I made a comment at dinner with my ex to my parents, “I’m not a virgin anymore to which my dad chocked, my girlfriend blushed, and my mom deadpan replied with, “That ship sailed years ago…” and continued eating. This was after my ex exclaimed how she was excited to take our name, have some grand kids for them and wanted to elope… I had to say something off handed for shits and giggles. :p It had the desired effect. Yeah, the ex was embarrassed bit she knew I also had zero plans to ever abandon her in that moment. That was her job to walk away … in a fucking text. :p Anyway, I digress.

Open & honesty is a wonderful thing & I think it’s really wonderful how comfortable he is telling & talking to him mother about everything. On one hand he’s spilling the beans to her & she’s probably proud he’s getting some & on the other hand what happens in the bedroom some people keep in the bedroom & some people aren’t comfortable talking about their sex life & in this case maybe she should of talked to you instead.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how was the sex? If you boyfriend talks to his mom about his sex life maybe she’s giving him some pointers to keep you happy in the bedroom.

Let him talk to his mom.

That would be one of many reasons to sever this toxic relation immediately. If a person has the need to tell a family member about the confidentiality of what is going on in the bedroom, then there is no reason why he/she would not tell anyone else, starting with the friends, buddies and colleagues.

That is a blatant break of trust and you should definitely not tolerate this childish, selfish and destructive behavior. Destructive, because it is destroying your confidence in this person and if he has no compunctions to tell something as private as your sexual relation, he will not have any scruple to divulge much more about you, perhaps as much as stealing pictures and posting them on the internet against your will or knowledge.

Time to do some serious cleaning and putting that trash outside where he belongs.

Sounds like he is a mamas boy. That’s typically what happens when you are dating someone still living with their parents to be honest. I dated someone that was still living with their parents and they knew when we were having sex down to a T. Sorry to say, but this probably won’t change until he moves out or may not change at all
