Is it wrong to want my boyfriend to talk more about me online?

He pretty much NEVER posts about me.

He has his relationship status set to in a relationship with me, and that's about it - he never makes posts talking about how much he loves me, he only has a few pictures of me.

My best friend's boyfriend makes posts EVERY DAY saying how much he loves her, he's always posting on her wall saying how great she is and how lucky he is, he's always taking photos of her and and posting them with lovely captions, and I want that!

But my boyfriend is almost the opposite, he says he prefers relationships to be in real life, to be offline, and all that stuff is just fake.

I've tried to get him to see it my way to no avail, is it so wrong to want?

Yes, it's pretty jealous and naïve. Like he say's it is pretty much just fake online. If you want him to parade you around all fake like, find some other guy who isn't as mature as him. Because honestly the more mature the guy is the less he cares about parading his girlfriend online. And just enjoy's spending time with her.

To be honest, it sounds like your friend's relationship isn't that great - that tends to be a sign of an insecure relationship, and you also are coming off insecure.
