Been with my partner a year and a half. I'm coming to the conclusion that my partners anxiety is to much for me to handle. Some examples for context. When were out she can't make decisions for herself, she'll be hungry but won't know what to eat, or where. If where on a busy street she won't know where to park and will drive around aimlessly while passing open spots. I called her timid because she rarely speaks up for herself and it led to a fight. Her anxiety makes me anxious and I immediately detach. I don't mean to place blame on anyone but how do I know this will get better. I have been patient but there seems to be no improvement. When we try to communicate about these issues she says she feels attacked. What else can I do to help our anxiety ridden relationship?
