I am confused asf and I feel like I am used please help me?

So i ve been dating this guy we were doing fine the first months and then at some point he stopped bringin money along with him and i have to pay for him whenever we meet actually i didn't mind it at first cuz he brought me gifts and he drives me to everywhere i wanna go to. But lately him askin for me to pay or its just me who is spendin money while he just don't buy anything not only for me but for him as well.. when we decide to go on dates he says that he got things to do so instead of spendin hours like we used to do its just 1 hour now or 1 hour and half i didn't mind it that much but what made me feel weird is that he stopped bringing money with him and all he was thinkin about is making out with me.. i feel like i am an object for him and when i faced him he said he didn't mean any of what i was thinking and he told me that he is aimin to save his salary for next months
I don't know what to do really any help please

  He is baiting you. All I am saying is that IF this is not within your standards leave. Since you're both college students either you both go on affordable dates (if splitting the bill is your thing) or just dont date.
  
  But if you love him so much what can I say, you can stay I dont know what to tell you. Personally I wouldn't be with him as I would not allow that from a man, when I will always have moneg on if I date but I wouldn't pay as I follow traditional rolea.
