I don't have one exactly, but we would set certain boundaries so that our physical affection would match our stage of commitment. We can definitely have friends of the opposite sex, but no flirting with them. I suppose I've never really thought of boundaries. If a friends with benefits is gettting serious I'll tell some upfront stuff that I can't really go without, but she'd probably know most of that by then anyway.
