Yes it's good and possible If react just like good friends then it's okay but if this feelings or this friendship cross the limits I mean love then may be this relationship not goes longer time, a young girl age 20 have different emotions or different expectations from a man but if huge gap of age both not fulfill the needs of relationships if friendship changes to love or in physical relationships..

I've only been friends with women in their early 20's on the internet when I was like 38, 39. It's probably because I have the imagination of a 20 year old and we can entertain each other, but in real life I probably wouldn't hang out with women that young.

I have many friends over 40, so I'd say yes it is possible. That said, we don't hang out together or what very often and almost never one on one. Usually with others, so while I say friends I can't say BFF's at all.
