Absolutely, I see no issue with it not to mention the wisdom you can get from him and as a male role model if you even will, there are older guys who are usually nice to younger girls because some guys are just nice and sociable like that I wouldn’t be concerned about it at all, now as far as like relationship wise if he or you have a love interest that is between you two there are many benefits to having an older guy in your life usually financially stable, great providers, still fertile and capable of reproduction for children unless he has adverse medical health that prevents that, so I say nothing wrong with it at all.

Not normal, unless he's a sugar daddy and she's getting something out of it financially. They probably meetup a few times for friends with benefits/NSA enjoyment, then go their own separate ways. Its basically the female version of MGTOW however instead of going her own way, she becomes independent based off being dependent to older men. My friend fucked up her relationship doing this stuff behind her current husbands back, she just needed the affirmation because he probably hardly ever said "I love you."

"Friends" is such a general term. I have musician friends who are 20 or 30 years older. I spend time speaking with some of my 70 and 80 year old neighbors. My grandparents' friends children are all significantly older than I am but we are still friends.

Yeah, I have seen 43-year-old men dating 21-year-old women. There is nothing wrong with it. I don't know why people complain about older guys dating young women so much. You see older women dating young guys, and no one cares.

Ofcourse it's normal, your both of legal age even if you were sleeping with then, I mean if you're in a relationship with them wise yeah it's abit weird but friendship or sex is not a big deal
