Familial relationships (functional ones), good working relationships and friendships…Definitely worth it. Not so sure about romantic relationships at this point…
You've really posed two questions. 1. Are relationships a waste of time? 2. Are relationships a waste of time if commitment and responsibility are lopsided?
No. You can learn a lot about yourself from interpersonal relationships. If all you do is focus on sex then that's just a complete waste of time in the long run, but not initially.
These days they seem to be. Too often the wrong people are in the wrong relationships for the wrong reasons, and everyone in the relationships ends up getting hurt.
I agree with you, if you love each other and have the same goals it's not, if you're with the wrong person who won't try to make it work, yes it's a waste of time.
No, I do not. Simply because your basically finding out whatallowing you DO want and DON'T want through these " waste of time" relationships that when a keeper comes along, you'll know it.

Nope. I can't imagine my life without being loved by some1. If I have a person (who I'm sure 100%), it's not a waste of time.

They're a waste of time if they don't lead to marriage.
It can be depending on the situation. But it’s always a learning experience.
Hell no... if you seriously want to find someone don't ever give up hope.
I mean if i see it the way u said its clearly waste... but otherwise its not even if at the end things dont work out
Some are some are not. Trying to have a relationship with anyone is a lost cause.

No good relationships feel amazing and bad relationships teach you a lesson on how you want to be treated.
Relationships aren't a waste of time but the time, effort and pain required to find a good one isn't worth it.
as you said, it completely depends on who you're dating. but it IS a waste of time if you're a teen, because no teen relationship works out in general
Considering one never receives what they give in a relationship, yes, I do think it's a waste of time.
Yeah like just go straight into instant marriage then?
I always liked being in a relationship, it's amazing to share stuff with your partner that you wouldn't share with family members and friends.
Yeah, especially relationships before you get out of high school or before you finish an important degree.
I think finding the person you want to spend the rest of your life with is worth it. I couldn’t have dated “just because”, but that’s just me
