How can I handle my new boyfriend living with his ex?

So me and my boyfriend have only been dating for 2 months now but the only problem is he still lives with his ex. They have been together for 3 years and bought a house together. I don't know if I should break it off or not. I really feel like he’s using me. I mean we spend a lot of time together and he’s trying to help me succeed as far as my goals. Just trying to motivate me to do better and do things afraid.. he introduced me to his mom and other family members as well. He wants me to go out with them soon.. I did feel a bit uncomfortable with him trying to do so much for me so soon because it’s only been 2 months so I just told him that maybe he should slow down just a bit but he won’t listen!! Even his mom told him to slow down. He’s moving so fast!! He was telling me he wanted us to get a house together and eventually have a family.. he keeps saying he wants me to have his child so I can always have a piece of him. So he could be in my life forever and leave a legacy. Told me he wanted to marry me one day and even showed me the ring.. but again it’s only been 2 months! I don't know something doesn’t sit right with me or maybe I’m just assuming. I’m really upset and confused because him and his ex could honestly sell the house but no one is doing anything. He said one time to me while on the phone with his ex that he almost slipped up saying my name but I’m like why does that matter? It’s your ex!! Smh am I just a dumbass or what? Can someone just be honest and give me some advice? Like I don't know what to do. He’s trying to do so much for me. Then he keeps saying “yea I’m a good man and you’ll never find someone like me doing what I do for u”. He’s done a lot for a lot of people so he’s protected by many. Omg I don't know please help.
