no. I felt sorry for most of the indian people i met. No offence. Most of them have arranged marriage that they don't get to choose. they can't even choose to be single. (thats the "deserve" topic)

No one "deserve" the partner they are with now. No one owes anything to anyone. Most relationships these days began with asking out the other people (real life, social dating apps etc). You find the right person via mutual respect, mutual love, compromise and acknowledgement. At that point, "deserve" only comes to people who work together to have fruitful relationship goals and outcomes.

In my opinion, the term - "deserve" is bit of a condescending word to describe topics relevant to relationships/dating)

If that were true then I wouldn't be still single despite being loyal, honest, caring and beautiful.
Sure, I'm not perfect, I do have ego/trust issues but at least I'm not like others who will manipulate, deceive, gaslight, cheat, ghost and STEAL from their partners.
I deserve so much better but now it seems like I'll never get the type I want to have.
