Did my girlfriend and her friend get what they deserved for picking on a smaller latino girl that was trained in karate?

My girlfriend and her friend got into a verbal argument with small latino chick in a bar , later when we were outside smoking cigarettes our paths crossed again. However now drunker her friend a plus size brunette pushed the latino girl and my girlfriend a plus size more of a bbw Italian decided to get involved too. This girl was barely 5ft with her short heels on but needless to say they both bit off more than they could handle. The big brunette ended up with a throat chop , crushed kneecap and a mean kick to her midsection that put her down for good. My girlfriend who tried to grab the girl from behind as she attacked her friend caught a reverse kick with her heel right between her legs and you could see the sickening look on her face. The Latina then back tripped her to the ground and planted one more punch in her stomach. We were at the emergency room all night and the police said they still might charge them for starting the fight with her even though they came out the worst

They were both charged with assault but got off on probation. No jail time but cell pics were taken and posed by people there who saw it. So a lot of embarrassment. One girl still has knee issues and the other had to have treatment for damage to her private area. They got messed up bit at least didn't have a jail sentence.

Lol. Your girl and her friend acted like a couple of dudes underestimating someone smaller than them... and also overestimating their abilities because of their own size. They deserved an ass-whoopin, and they deserve charges, too.

It was a pretty ridiculous mismatch in sizes , you wouldn’t even think the girl would stand a chance, but she was very small and fit and they were both plus size and to put it nicely bigger girls. I have to go through enough hearing her cry about it , embarrassed because it happened in front of people and possible damage to her. So I really don’t want to hear it if she finds out she has to go to jail:/

I know they were bullying her and i feel kind of bad for her, she put her hands on the smaller girl and prob deserved something but the back kick up into her privates was brutal. She might have some long term damage.

I once knew a guy who got picked on all the time, when he finally did fight back, the bully ended up losing a testicle as a result of it. I figured served him right, the other guy took his shit for over six months.

Don't know what happened to either of them, but I hope the bully learned to not pick on others.

Same case here, private damaged or not, not the victims problem.

Yeah, the one I knew was picked on because he dressed all in black, totally passive guy but when the bully one time kept shoving him down and stuff, he just got up and started to walk away like normal then flipped around and started fighting back. He had cowboy boots on, so the front had a metal spike on it, that ended up hitting his testicles and damaged one.

In the end the bully was even arrested for assault as he started it.

So I'd also hope that the two girls picking on the smaller one would be charged criminally too.

Not up to me, but police don't care who wins or loses, but who starts it. The smaller girl might not want to press charges though.

People often come here and make up stories, about hurt genitals, mostly about male ones. Lately, I see it happening about female ones, and I am afraid I might be at fault.
I don't know if you are amongs these people, but usually, people who were really hurt there in conflict, don't just lightly speak of it.
when I remember my case I quickly want to forget it.

It didn’t happen to me it happened to her and she’s doesn’t know im talking about it on here because she would be completely embarrassed knowing more people knew what happened not her and her friend
