They are great... but also a great way to spread diseases.
I would do that before the age of say, 23... but afterwards if you are just having causal sex with people older, they too probably had a lot of partners which means the risk goes much higher...

We plan to use condoms when we have sex each time and stay clean and safe , we just aren't looking to rush into a serious relationship right now but feel attracted to each other.

Either way, I often see stories from others that usually at some point, one will get feelings for the other, or get attached.

Well I mean he said he isn’t looking for something serious as he just got out of a 2 year relationship and I’ve been single for a little over a year but my ex and I had an unhealthy relationship so I suppose we’re just diving into this and seeing what happens but neither of us have tried this kind of thing before.

Maybe talk about what happens if the other meets someone, and all that.

Won't work unless they're poly to begin with. Can't have an open relationship like that if you're not willing to work with the open ends of noncommittment. Someones bound to get attached or offended. Sad but true.

None of us are. We both are loyal in relationships. We only are gonna hook up with each other and of course safely with condoms. I hear a lot about only one guy and one girl friends with benefits working.

It’s generally a guy who’s getting free sex without any commitment or attachment and a girl who is secretly getting feelings and wanting it to be more and then ending up hurt and broken because the guy doesn’t see her as anything else but a hole
