Is it more then friends with benefits relationship?

So I’ve slept over at my friends with benefits house every night for the past 2 weeks. We haven’t done anything sexual but we cuddle, hold hands, go out, watch movies, kiss/ kiss me before he goes to work, when I ask if we can go somewhere he always says yes (even if it’s last min), I’ve taken him to work etc (things an actual couple would do). He even told me to come over to his place when his friends were over. I made a joke to him I’m gonna tell his friends we’re dating and he pretty much said ok… his best friend that I work with even made a comment if we’re seeing/ fucking with each other. My friends with benefits brought up to him how I posted about going on a date a few weeks ago, which he’s the one who said to keep the friends with benefits on the DL. When I see his bff at work he always asks if I’ve spoken to my friends with benefits. To me it feels like something definitely shifted between us. We’re having deeper convos and spending more time together. I know he doesn’t want a relationship rn bc of personal reasons he’s dealing with at the moment. I know adding a relationship to it may cause him more stress and I don’t wanna put him in that kinda situation. I 100% respect his decision and he knows I’m here for him. I just can’t help but feel there’s something more going on between us. He did tell me recently he likes me but I’m not for sure what context it was in

If you're hoping for the upgrade to full time girlfriend you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

It's not a friends with benefits right now, but don't fool yourself into believing it's a relationship. You're a chick he hangs with and doesn't mind f-ing. girlfriend is something entirely different.
