I am in an 1 year LDR, I'm from the US, she's from Belgium, she still loves me but wants to break up due to the distance?

We were actually from the same state before we started the LDR relationship, but due to some family circumstances she moved to Belgium (She's originally from Belgium). However we still continued the relationship, despite the distance. It would be another 2 years before I can actually get to close the distance, due to some personal circumstances. She tells me that the distance is hurting her and that she can't talk with me anymore, however she says that she still loves me and she would wait for me, till I come visit her after the next 2 years. I told her that it would be best if she moved on but she says that she can't and actually neither can I. Kinda confused as to what to do right now. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks!

She can't talk to you anymore but still loves you? That's not right, you should just find someone else. She isn't waiting for you, it's not true, she found someone else.
