Long distance girlfriend dosent want to move closer together?

So my long distance girlfriend of a year that a see monthly for a week at a time doesn't want to move closer to each other. I am able to work pretty anywhere and I am ready to live somewhere new. However she is very hesitant about the idea. Is this a red flag.
