Alright, So obviously, Yes it is possible but I'm 23 almost 24 & had 1 relationship when I was around 16/17 and haven't been in a relationship since. I had feelings for a girl in work of which she told me "For the friendship, It's best we forget about it and move on" and now she's riding my manager basically... I've matched with a few different girls on Tinder, Message them but get no response or left on read...

You need to meet people through friends and colleagues. It's harder as an adult to get in relationships because you're not at school interacting with a lot of other people your age for 8 hours a day. You have to think more outside of the box. Perhaps this means putting yourself out there and going on a blind date.

Do you have any hobbies? You can maybe meet someone at a place where you can do your hobbies; they likely will have the same hobby. For example, if you love to cook you should go to a cooking class. Interact with the people in the class. Make friends there. Find someone who enjoys things you do.
